陕西关中地区乡镇公共文化设施基地计划初探

摘要

通过对关中地区乡镇公共文化设施基地区位优化等方面进行的全面系统的调研与分析，提出了乡镇公共文化设施在规划设计中区位的计划原则和方法，弥补了统筹城乡发展背景下乡镇公共文化设施建设在理论层面上缺少符合乡镇居民文化需求的建设标准及应用模式的缺憾。这对于陕北、陕南地区乃至全国的乡镇文化设施建设都具有指导意义和参考价值。%Through the research and analysis on the site in building planning of township public cultural facilities in Guanzhong area, this article proposes the planning principles and methods of the site of township public cultural facilities, mades up the defect and needs of the standards and application mode of the building planning of the township public cultural facilities. It has guiding significance and reference value for the northern Shanxi, southern Shanxi region and even the whole of China.
