浅析建筑信息模型在新型建筑业的应用

摘要

本文针对基于建筑信息模型在建筑工程设计到施工中的应用进行了初步研究，对我国传统建筑工程管理中存在的设计及分析手段有限、协同能力弱等问题进行了分析；并采用了结合实践项目的研究方法，对建筑信息模型在建筑工业从策划、规划、单体设计到施工阶段的运用进行了分析；最终提出了建筑信息模型指导设计优化、建筑工程管理的初步措施。%The article conducted a preliminary study on BIM-based construction engeering,and analyzed the issues existed in traditional management methods of construction including the limited means of design and analysis ,the insufficient of interoperability. The article elaborated the application of BIM in each phase in new construction industry,from planning,design to construction,ultimately proposing preliminary measures of BIM guiding architectural design and contruction management.
