大中型体育中心“混合功能”设计研究

摘要

With the holding of Beijing Olympic games in 2008, Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010 and Shenyang National Games in 2013, it has entered a boom period of sports building in China, and after the events, a large number of sports avenues are left vacant, it has not been fuly utilized and effectively market-operated. It has been out of functional requirements in urban development. This is a waste of resources and energy. These problems highlight a new chalenge in the early design of the sports center. This article borrows the concept of the mixed-function in city commercial complexes and proposes the mixed-function integration strategy in the planning and design of sports center. And then it makes a case study in time and space to explore it.%随着2008年北京奥运会、2010年广州亚运会以及2013年沈阳全运会的举办，我国掀起了体育建筑建设的热潮，而在赛事之后，大量的体育场馆空置，没有得到充分的利用和有效的市场化运营，脱离了城市发展所应适应的功能需求，浪费了资源能源。这些凸显的问题对体育中心前期的方案设计提出了新的挑战。本文借用城市商业综合体开发中的“混合功能”的概念，在体育中心的策划和设计中提出“混合功能”的整合策略，结合实际案例分析从时间、空间的角度立体化思考对其进行探索。
