天津劝业场商业模式源起研究

摘要

在分析劝业场商业模式源起之前，先对天津作为近代商业城市的城市定位形成背景作了一个简要的分析，再通过整理近代中国开埠城市中类似劝业场这种商业建筑的案例的出现时间、国模、经营范围等，得出天津劝业场这样一种商业模式的产生具有深刻和得天独厚的时代背景，历经90年的风云变幻，能够得以保存和延续发展下去是非常珍贵和难得的。接下来着重分析了劝业场商业模式，以及其他三种商业类别的商业模式，总结梳理四者的区别，提炼关系图，最后作总结说明。%Before analyze the origin of Quanyechang Mal (a type of Syncretism Architecture) business model, this paper briefly introduces a bit of the background of Tianjin modern business city localization. Then through sorting out the time of appeareance, national mdel, business scope etc..,it’l come out clearly that Tianjin Quanyechang Mal has a very unique and advantageous era background. After 90years of huge changes, it’s very hard but precious to maintain and develop further. Next, it goes to the emphasis on analyzing the business model of Quanyechang Mal and three other business models. This paper generates the diferences among these four types of business models, abstracts a diagram of them and draws a conclusion in the end.
