南京范家塘街区火灾隐患及防治策略研究

摘要

To eliminate fire hazard in the old block and discuss the method of fire prevention, this paper studies Fanjiatang bloc k in Nanjing through Analytic Hierarchy Process and GIS techniques to analysis fire hazard and evaluate comprehensi ve risk level in this block.This paper has conclude lower fire resistance level of buildings, disorder of street environme nt, lack of safety awareness by residents and insuficient fire facilities to cause safety issue in old block, meanwhile , it provides strategies of fire prevention.%为消除老旧街区火灾隐患，探索火灾防控方法，本文选取南京市范家塘街区为研究对象，采用层次分析法和GIS技术手段，分析了火灾隐患因子，并评估火灾综合风险程度。归纳出老旧街区建筑耐火等级低、街巷环境混乱、居民缺乏安全意识及消防设施不足等安全问题，并提出了应对策略。
