基于居家养老理念的传统街道更新设计--以南京龙潭老街更新设计为例

摘要

This article introduces the second ZIJIN Award Cultural and Creative Design Contest -- Architecture and Environment Art design specialized Competition, won the third prize of the occupation group works -- traditional Street Update Design Based on the Concept of Home-Based Care for the Aged. This article updates the old street suitable as the starting point, from the implementation of the policy, update street, aspects of architectural design, eco-technology, and so do the analysis to explore, utilize updated on the streets were studied to explore the local conditions of street space design.%本文介绍了2015年第二届“紫金奖”文化创意设计大赛——建筑及环境艺术设计专项竞赛中，获得职业组三等奖的作品——《龙潭老街张奶奶的一天——基于居家养老理念的传统街道更新设计》。本文以街道适老性更新为切入点，从实施策略、街道更新、建筑设计、生态技术等方面做了分析探讨，对老街更新利用进行了研究，因地制宜地探索街道空间的设计。
