This paper advocates for the establishment of indicators system and evaluation standards for the post-adaptivereuse evaluation of modern architectural heritages.In this vein,three typical projects in Nanjing are selected with such evaluation concerning eight regards:historic and cultural continuity,improvement of public image,functional enhancement,optimization of spatial forms,enhanced artistic and aesthetic values,upgraded indoor and outdoor environment,green and environmentally-friendly renovation,and economic benefits.In the end,it introduces ASTM evaluation system characterized by matching supply with demand for the additional assessment.%针对近现代建筑遗产适应性再利用进行后评价研究,建立相应的指标体系和评价标准,并结合南京3个具有典型意义的改造利用建成项目,从历史文化延续、公共形象提升、使用功能改善、空间形态优化、艺术审美提升、室内外环境升级、绿色环保改造、经济效益提升等8个方面进行后评价实证,最后引入以“供需匹配”为基本特征的ASTM评价体系对遗产改造利用完成效果进行二次评价与结果论证.
