通过对分离式单坡屋顶形式的起源与发展的回溯,以及对约翰·道尔顿及其他人的设计作品的分析,证明这种屋顶形式反映了现代主义建筑对昆士兰亚热带气候及全球学科话语转向的回应,而后者包含了一种对既有传统的兴趣、地域主义思想以及一种日渐显露的环境意识.%This paper traces the origins and development of split skillion roof.Through an analysis of the work of Dalton and others,it demonstrates this roof form as one instance of modern architecture in response both to the climate in sub-tropical Queensland,and to a global shift in disciplinary discourse,including a renewed interest in the pre-existing tradition,regionalist thinking and an emerging environmental consciousness.
