汽轮发电机组调节级喷嘴改造探讨

摘要

Governing stage efficiency has a great impact on the efficiency of a high pressure cylinder .However , low governing stage efficiency is very common in Indigenous Imported Type 300MV Steam Turbines.This paper analyzes the reason why the governing stage efficiency is so low and proposes a method to improve it .By the optimization of the turbines'nozzles, this method improves their governing stage efficiency , and achieves the effect of improving the units'economical operation .%调节级效率对高压缸效率有着重要的影响，国产引进型300 MW汽轮机普遍存在调节级效率偏低的问题。文章分析了调节级效率偏低的原因，并提出了改造的方法，通过喷嘴的优化改造，提高了调节级效率，达到提高机组运行经济性的效果。
