复合溶剂萃取法处理油基钻屑实验研究

         

摘要

The effects of hydrocarbon extractant A, hydrocarbon extractant B, hydrocarbon extractant C, carbon tetrachloride, benzene and petroleum ether on the cuttings were investigated.The best extractant was selected for further compounding, and an efficient and environment-friendly compound chemical extraction agent was obtained.The compound extractant consists of hydrocarbon extractant A, hydrocarbon extractant B and petroleum ether (volume ratio 6∶4∶1).The ratio of extraction and drilling cuttings (m L∶g), extraction temperature, extraction time, stirring rate, salt (NaCl) effect on the extraction efficiency was investigated.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions:extraction agent∶oil based drilling=4∶1 m L/g, extraction temperature of 35℃, extraction time 35 min, stirring rate130 r/min, the amount of salt 1%.Under the best extraction conditions, the cuttings oil content decreased to 0.57%, and reached the"control limit of oily sludge disposal and utilization" (DB61/T 1025-2016) requirement.%考察了烃类萃取剂A、烃类萃取剂B、烃类萃取剂C、四氯化碳、苯、石油醚对岩屑的处理效果,选择出最优的萃取剂进一步复配,得到一种由烃类萃取剂A、烃类萃取剂B、石油醚组成(体积比为6∶4∶1)的高效环保型复合化学萃取剂.考察了剂屑比(m L∶g)、萃取温度、萃取时间、搅拌速率、盐(Na Cl)对萃取效果的影响,结果表明,萃取最佳条件为:萃取剂∶油基钻屑=4∶1 m L/g,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间35 min,搅拌速率130 r/min,Na Cl加量1%.在最佳萃取条件下,萃余残渣含油量可降至0.57%,达到《含油污泥处置利用控制限值》(DB61/T 1025-2016)要求.
