对甲氧基苯基丙酮的合成

摘要

A synthetic method for p-methoxyphenylacetone was described. Target compound was prepared from p-methoxybenzaldehyde and methyl 2-chloropropionate through cyclicondensation,hydrolysis,treatment with sodium bissulfite and distillation at reduced pressure,with the yield over 80% and purity over 98%.%报道了对甲氧基苯基丙酮的合成方法.由对甲氧基苯甲醛和2-氯丙酸甲酯为原料,经环合、水解和亚硫酸氢钠处理,再进行减压蒸馏获得目标产物.合成总收率80%以上,产品纯度达98%以上.
