一种空调翘片清洗剂的研制

摘要

A cleaning agent for warped piece of air-condition was prepared through taking surfactants and mixing them with water and a little amount of organic phosphonic complexing agent. The best cleaning agent formulations was conformed by cleaning experiments for warped piece of air condition of a vehicle, and the agent performance had been tested. Compared with the cleaning agent used the vehicle,the waterbased cleaning agent use safety,the operation was simple,non-toxic,non-polluting. Under normal temperature, the cleaning effect was remarkable, the cleaning rate was above 95% ,and also with the advantages of rust, passivation and so on.%以表面活性剂为主,以水为溶剂,添加少量有机膦络合剂,制备了一种空调翘片清洗剂.通过对某车辆厂列车空调翘片的清洗实验,确定了清洗剂的最佳配方,并对性能进行测试,另外将研制的清洗剂与该车辆厂目前使用的清洗剂进行对比清洗实验.结果表明,该清洗剂使用安全,操作简单、无毒、无污染；常温下使用清洗效果显著,去污率高达95％以上,并具有除锈、钝化等优点.
