活性炭表面官能团表征进展

摘要

The functional groups and different methods for the determination of these groups on activated carbon were reviewed. The characterization methods such as Boehm titration, point of zero charge ( pHPZC) , Fourier transform-infrared spectrometer ( FTIR) , X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS) as well as temperature-programmed desorption ( TPD) were briefly described and their relative problems that may arise were discussed in detail.%对活性炭表面官能团的种类和各种定性定量分析方法如Boehm滴定法、零电荷点法(pH<,PZC>)、傅里叶变换红外色谱法(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及程序升温脱附法(TPD)等进行了综述,并比较了各种方法的优缺点.
