超声提取杜仲多糖的工艺优化

     

摘要

The polysaccharide was extracted from eucommia ulmoides oliver by ultrasonic method. As the content and yield of polysaccharide as index,the effect of temperature,ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic time,extraction times on extraction were investigated. Results indicated the optimal conditions were as follows : temperature 60 ℃ , 10 times of water amount, extraction times 3 , time for each extraction 60 min. Under the optimal conditions,the yield of polysaccharide from eucommia ulmoides oliver was 1. 72% . The process was short cycle,low consumption and suitable for polysaccharide extration.%用水超声提取杜仲皮中多糖,以多糖含量和得率为指标,考察温度、料液比、超声时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响.结果表明,杜仲皮中多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:60℃,10倍量水,超声提取3次,每次60min.在此条件下,杜仲皮多糖的得率为1.72%.该工艺生产周期短,耗能低,适于杜仲皮多糖提取.
