Using 4-(2,3-difluorine-4-n- alkoxy) phenyl cyclohexanol as base materal,liquid crystal intermediate 4-(4-butoxy-2,3-difluorophenyl)cyclohexanone was composed by oxidation reaction under acidic condition of Cr( Ⅵ).The main impurity was analyzed and those parameter was confirmed by GC-MS, DSC,IR,etc.At the same time,the mechanism of the main impurity was discussed.%以4-(2,3-二氟-4-丁氧基)苯基环己醇为原料,采用Cr(Ⅵ)在酸性条件下氧化反应,合成了4-(2,3-二氟-4-丁氧基)苯基环己酮液晶中间体,对反应中产生的优势杂质进行了分析和GC-MS、DSC、IR等确认,并对其产生的机制进行了讨论.
