新型气动喷雾细化HMX与粒径测试研究

摘要

采用新型气动喷雾细化装置制备出了奥克托今(HMX)晶体颗粒,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测定了晶体粒径,激光粒度测试仪测量了雾化液滴直径.结果表明,晶体粒径约为450 nm左右,且与雾化液滴直径有很好的一致性.%The HMX crystal was preparated by pneumatic spray thinning device.The crystal particle size was measured through the SEM and the diameter of atomization fluiddrop was determined by the laser particle size analyzer.The results indicated that the crystal particle size was about 450 nm, which was well consistent with the diameter of atomization fluiddrop.
