磁性酵母菌微球体的制备及吸附四环素的研究

         

摘要

采用共沉淀法,以酵母菌为基质,用FeCl3·6H2O和FeCl2·4H2O制备磁性酵母菌微球体(M@Y).用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计对材料进行分析表征,并研究了磁性酵母菌微球体对四环素的吸附作用.结果表明,制备的磁性酵母菌微球体粒径为2.5~2.8μm;Fe3O4晶粒度为15.5 nm,磁饱和强度为34.40 emu/g.当溶液pH为6.5左右时,磁性酵母菌微球体对盐酸四环素的吸附容量为26.96 mg/g;磁性酵母菌微球体对四环素的吸附符合Freundlich等温方程和假一阶动力学方程.%Magnetic nanoparticles were attached to yeast by co-precipitation reaction of FeCl3 · 6H2O and FeCl2 · 4H2O. Then,magnetic yeast microspheres ( M@ Y) were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). M@ Y exhibited uniform morphology and magnetic property (Ms =34.40 emu/g). Batch mode adsorption studies were carried out to investigate the adsorption of tetracycline based on M@ Y. The Freundlich isotherm model was fitted to the equilibrium data and the adsorption capacity of M@ Y was 26. 96 mg/g at pH =6. 5. The kinetic properties of M@ Y were well described by the pseudo-first-order equation. The M@ Y prepared were applied to the separation of tetracycline from experimental samples successfully.
