在400 mm×Φ16 mm膨胀床中对大孔树脂的膨胀性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,在相同流体流速下,大孔树脂的膨胀率明显高于无孔树脂;大孔树脂达到特定膨胀率所需的流体流速随着孔体积增大而降低;在孔体积的影响下,从Allen公式计算的树脂沉降速率与Richardson-Zaki方程模拟得到的树脂沉降速率存在明显偏差.基于孔体积变化,建立了2种沉降速率的关系模型,从而获得不同膨胀率下大孔树脂膨胀床流体基质流速的预测模型,模型预测结果与实验数据吻合良好,两者方差分析的差异不显著.%The expanding properties of macroporous resin particles in a 400 mm×φ16 mm expanded bed made in our lab were studied. The results showed that the expansion rates of macroporous resins were obviously higher than that of nonporous resins at the same fluid velocity. With the increase of pore volume, the fluid velocity needed for achieving the certain expansion rate decreased. Under the influence of pore volume, obvious deviation exists between the Allen calculated settling rates and the Richardson-Zaki simulated settling rates of resins. The relationship model of the two kinds of settling rates was established based on the pore volume. The model for the prediction of the fluid velocity in the expanded bed of macroporous resins at different expansion rate was also built. The prediction of the model is in good agreement with the experiment results.
