二次逐步回归优化制备过碳酰胺工艺

         

摘要

Urea and hydrogen peroxide as raw material, with orthogonal design to study the ingredient ratio of reactants, the amount of stabilizer EDTA, reaction time, and the feed rate on the impact of percarbamide yield. By the secondary stepwise regression analysis,the optimal synthesis process conditions were as fol-lows : the ratio of the amount of substance of urea and H2O2 0. 9, the amount of stabilizer EDTA is 0. 38% of the total amount of the reactants,the reaction time 33 min,feed rate 2.2 g/min. Under the condition, the product yield is 67. 3% .%以尿素和双氧水为原料,采用正交设计,研究了反应物配料比、稳定剂EDTA的量、反应时间、加料速度对过碳酰胺产率的影响.经二次逐步回归分析,最佳合成工艺条件为:尿素与H2O2物质的量比0.9,稳定剂EDTA用量为反应物总量的0.38%,反应时间33 min,加料速度2.2 g/min.在此条件下,产品产率为67.3%.
