石墨烯材料在本体异质结太阳电池中的研究进展

The recent development of graphene in the bulk heterojunction solar cells (BHJ-SCs) was reviewed. The application of graphene in different layers of the BHJ-SCs was described respectively. Particularly , the graphene being used as the transparent electrodes and the active materials in the BHJ-SCs were introduced in detail.%总结了近年来功能化石墨烯在本体异质结太阳电池(BHJ-SCs)中的研究进展.针对石墨烯在不同结构层中的应用分别进行了阐述,主要介绍石墨烯作为透明阳极导电层材料和活性层材料在BHJ-SCs中的应用.
