一种酸化缓蚀剂的合成研究及性能评价

         

摘要

在胺、甲醛、酮参与的曼尼希反应中,加入另外一种酮,胺、酮、醛的配比为1∶2∶3(摩尔比),控制反应温度为80℃,总反应时间为16 h,合成了一种可以用作酸化缓蚀剂主剂的新型曼尼希碱.将主剂与增效剂复配,以静态腐蚀速率为评价指标,考察了复配后缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能.结果表明,在乌洛托品∶盐∶醇=0.5∶0.3∶0.4(质量比),OP-10与缓蚀剂质量比为0.5时,复配后的产品具有优良的缓蚀性能,N80钢片的腐蚀速率为0.98 g/(m2 ·h),达到中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5405-1996所需要求.%In the Mannich reaction process, which is involved with the presence of amine, aldehyde and acetone, another acetone has been added too. The molar ratio of acetone, amine and aldehyde was 1 :2 : 3. When the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 16 h,this new kind Mannich base can be obtained. Combining the main agent and synergist and taking the static corrosion rate as evaluation index, the inhibition performance was investigated. The results showed when the mass ratio of urotropine, salt and alcohol was 0.5 :0. 3 :0.4 and the mass ratio of OP-10 to corrosion inhibitor was 0.5 ,the compound a-gent had a fine inhibition performance. The corrosion rate of N80 steel can be reduced to 0. 98 g/(m2·h), meet the requirements of China petroleum industry standard SY/T 5405-1996.
