The hydrazide functional core shell silica magnetic microspheres through a step-by-step synthesis method.Fe3O4 Nanoparticles were firstly prepared in water-in-oil microemulsion.The magnetic Fe3O4 particles were modified in situ by hydrolysis and condensation reactions with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) to form the core-shell Fe3O4/SiO2.The modified particles were further treated by 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) and hydrazide to form Fe3O4/SiO2-GPTMS-ADH nanoparticles.The microspheres retain superparamagnetic behavior and can be used as biomaterials.The hydrazide silica magnetic microspheres by using step grafting were stable,an excellent bio-magnetic materials.%通过分步嫁接法合成出具有酰肼功能基的超顺磁性微球.采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为表面活性剂,将一定比例的铁盐溶于甲苯溶液,在碱性条件下催化得到具有超顺磁性的磁流体,以正硅酸乙酯作为硅源,得到核壳结构的磁性二氧化硅微球,并将3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷成功修饰在该磁球表面,利用己二酸二酰肼引入酰肼基官能团,从而得到酰肼基化磁性二氧化硅微球.微球具有良好的超顺磁性,并且疏水性较好,粒径较小,为其进一步用于功能化分离提供了优良的载体.
