银杏叶中5种黄酮提取工艺比较研究

摘要

研究了有机溶剂、超声波和超声-微波协同提取银杏叶中芦丁、木犀草素、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素5种黄酮的工艺条件.结果表明,有机溶剂提取最佳提取工艺:提取温度70℃,提取时间为3h,乙醇浓度为70％；超声波最佳提取工艺:提取时间40 min,乙醇浓度70％,料液比1∶10；超声-微波协同最佳提取工艺:提取时间5 min,乙醇浓度70％,料液比1∶8.%The method of organic solvent,ultrasonic wave extraction and ultrasonic extraction-microwave extraction process conditions for Rutin,Luteolin,Quercetin,Kaempferol and Isorhamnetin in ginkgo leaves was studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition of organic solvent extraction was 70％ ethanol,refluence for 3 h at 70 ℃.The optimum extraction condition of ultrasonic extraction technology was 70％ ethanol,40 min,1∶10(g/mL) ;the optimum extraction condition of ultrasonic-microwave collaborative was 5 min,1 ∶ 8 (g/mL),70％ ethanol.
