W-SBA-15分子筛对碱性氮化物吸附性能的研究

         

摘要

在间歇式微型反应釜中,以W-SBA-15为吸附剂,含有喹啉的十二烷溶液为模拟油,进行静态吸附脱除油品中碱性氮化物的试验,研究其吸附脱氮工艺条件及性能。结果表明,W-SBA-15最佳吸附温度为140℃,适宜的剂油质量比1∶30 g/g,适宜的吸附时间为30 min,此时的吸附量为25.66 mg/g,脱氮率为66.32%;吸附动力学可用准二级动力学方程表示为:qt =t/(0.023+0.0383t);吸附等温线是典型的化学吸附曲线,可用Langmuir等温吸附式表示为:Qe =14.31Ce/(1+0.5549Ce )。%With W-SBA-15 zeolite adsorbent,static adsorption respectively removes of basic nitrogen com-pounds in oil test that studies nitrogen adsorption process conditions and performance in the micro-batch reactor. The results show that the optimum temperature of basic nitrogen compounds adsorbed on the W-SBA-15 is 140℃;the suitable ratio of quality for adsorbent and oil is 1∶30 g/g;the suitable adsorption time is 30 min;now the capacity of adsorption is 25. 66 mg/g,and the rate of denitrogenation is 66. 32%;The adsorption kinetics can be used as a quasi-two kinetic equation:qt =t/(0. 023+0. 038 3t);The ad-sorption isothermal is the chemical adsorption curve which can be described by Langmuir:Qe =14. 31Ce/(1+0. 554 9Ce).
