Nanometer MgO was prepared using gel-combustion method from dried,ignited,annealed pre-cursor. Magnesite,ammonium acetate,urea and citric acid was used as raw material. The influence of pH of solution,effect of annealing,water and dispersant dosage were also studied. XRD,SEM and chemical a-nalysis etc. results showed that under the optimum conditions,nanometer MgO with particle size was less than 100 nm,MgO purity was 98. 2% .%采用凝胶-燃烧法,以菱镁矿、乙酸铵及尿素为原料,加入成胶剂柠檬酸并烘干,在一定温度下点燃并退火即得纳米氧化镁。考察了前驱体溶液 pH 值、水及分散剂用量、退火等工艺参数对反应过程及最终产物性质的影响。通过 X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及化学分析等对纳米氧化镁粉体进行表征后得到在优化条件下,纳米氧化镁的晶粒尺寸<100 nm,纯度为98.2%。
