Ni2+-Al3+-Pw12 O403--LDHs的制备及表征

     

摘要

Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs was prepared by urea method when the Ni/AI moIar ratios(2,3 and 4). The resuIts showed that Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs materiaI with high crystaIIinity and weII reguIar shape was obtained when Ni/AI moIar ratios was 2:1. When the Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs( Ni/AI ﹦2 )was caIcined 400 ℃,the deintercaIation of CNO- and CO3 2-from the Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs Iayer structure appeared. MeanwhiIe,Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs transformed to a mixed oxide( LDO)structure. The mixed oxide( LDO)was acted as a pre-cursor,the PW12 O40 3- piIIared Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs was obtained by the caIcined restructuring method.%利用尿素法成功合成了Ni/AI摩尔比分别为2:1,3:1,4:1的Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs。结果表明,Ni/AI摩尔比为2:1制备的Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs 具有较高的结晶度和较规整的片层形貌。Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs( Ni/AI ﹦2)层状材料经400℃煅烧后,其层间CNO-、CO32-脱除并生成复合金属氧化物( LDO),以LDO作为前驱体通过煅烧重组法将磷钨杂多酸根( PW12 O403-)成功引入到Ni2+-AI3+-LDHs层中,形成了Ni2+-AI3+-PW12 O403--LDHs新型催化剂材料。
