Cu2O/CNTs复合材料的合成及其催化性能的研究

             

摘要

Cu2 O/CNTs composites were prepared by the precipitation method .The structure of the com-posite samples were characterized by XRD and SEM .Decolorizing of methyl orange ( MO) solution as the model reaction ,the photocatalytic activity was evaluated .The results showed that CNTs might provide the large surface areas ,the tetragonal of Cu 2 O to be closely coated on the surface of carbon nanotubes .Under optimal conditions for 40 min,the decolorization efficiencies of methyl orange can reached 96.6%,Recy-cling use of the catalyst revealed that Cu 2 O/CNTs composites still has a high photocatalytic efficiency when repeatedly used for five times .%采用直接沉淀法制备了碳纳米管负载氧化亚铜复合材料,利用XRD、SEM对其结构进行表征,以染料甲基橙的光催化降解为模型评价了催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明,碳纳米管能提供大的比表面积,Cu2 O紧密的负载在碳纳米管的表面。在最佳条件下降解40 min,甲基橙的脱色效率可以达到96.6%,当Cu2 O/CNTs复合材料重复使用5次后仍具有很高的光催化效率。
