新型双咪唑啉烯丙基四季铵盐的合成及其性能研究

         

摘要

以葵二酸、二乙烯三胺和烯丙基溴为原料,经两步反应合成了一种新型的双咪唑啉烯丙基四季铵盐,采用正交实验法,优化了最佳合成工艺条件,并通过红外光谱和溴元素分析对其分子结构进行了表征。采用静态失重法和逐级稀释平皿活菌计数法,评价了其对 A3钢的缓蚀性能和对大肠杆菌的杀菌性能。结果表明,最佳合成条件是:双咪唑啉中间体∶烯丙基溴(摩尔比)为1∶4.2,反应时间6 h,反应温度80℃,以环己酮为溶剂时,产物收率95.6%;在0.1 mol/L 盐酸腐蚀介质中、实验温度50℃、加药量30 mg/L 的实验条件下,A3钢缓蚀率为95.5%;在温度36℃、药剂浓度50 mg/L、杀菌时间为50 min 的实验条件下,大肠杆菌杀菌率可达98.5%。%A new type of bis-imidazoline allyl quaternary ammonium salts was synthesized using the sebac-ic acid,diethylene triamine and allyl bromide as raw material.The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experimental design method.The molecular structure was characterized by IR spectrum data and bromine elemental analysis.The product corrosion inhibition and bactericidal performance were inves-tigated respectively using the static weight loss method and plate viable count method.The results showed that optimum synthetic condition is the mole ratio of raw materials (bis-imidazoline intermediate:allyl bro-mide)is 1 ∶4.2,the reaction time is 6 h,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,with cyclohexanone as sol-vent,the product yield is 95.6%.The A3 steel corrosion inhibition rate was 95.5% in 0.1 mol /L HCl under the temperature is 50 ℃ and the dosage is 30 mg/L.The sterilization rate can amount to 98.5% of E.coli under the experimental conditions of the temperature is 36 ℃,the bactericide concentration is 50 mg/L,sterilization time is 50 min.
