肉豆蔻酸作为结构导向剂合成层状介观羟基磷灰石

摘要

采用肉豆蔻酸作为结构导向剂，在 EtOH／H2 O 混合溶剂体系中制备出层状介观羟基磷灰石（M-LMHA），样品利用 X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱和透射电镜进行表征。结果表明，样品 M-LMHA具有高度有序的层状介观结构，其层间距约为4．2 nm，为生物分子自组装应用提供了必要条件。%Hydroxyapatite,due to its good biocompatibility,is widely used in the field of biomedicine.La-mellar mesoscopic hydroxyapatite by using myristic acid as structure directing agent (M-LMHA)was pre-pared in alcohol/water mixed solvent.The characterizations of product by X-Ray diffraction,infrared spec-troscopy and transmission electron microscopy reveal that M-LMHA is highly ordered lamellar mesostruc-ture and its interlamellar spacing is approximately 4.2 nm.It indicates that M-LMHA can provide the nec-essary condition for the application of molecular self-assembly.
