新型阳离子絮凝剂对含油废水的处理

         

摘要

The tertiary amination cationic flocculant successfully synthesized by amination of diethylamine with polyacrylamide. The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:the optimum dosage is 12. 5 mL/ L,the optimum pH value is 6,the best water condition is rapid stirring 180 r/ min,4 min,slow stirring 90 r/ min,10 min,the optimum Kaolin input is 7. 5 g/ L and the optimum flocculation settling time is 30 min,the treatment effect is best,the COD removal rate of oily wastewater from 1422 mg/ L COD reached 35. 56% . Under the same conditions,the synthetic flocculant has better effect on the treatment of oily wastewater with smaller COD value. The application value of synthetic flocculants is higher than that of inor-ganic and organic flocculants. A new cationic flocculant for the treatment of oily wastewater is obtained.%用二乙胺与聚丙烯酰胺胺化接枝,合成叔胺化阳离子絮凝剂,用于含油废水处理.结果表明,当絮凝剂的投入量为12.5 mL/L,pH值为6、在180 r/min下快速搅拌4 min、然后调节速度为90 r/min,搅拌10 min,絮凝沉降30 min后,处理效果最好,COD 1422 mg/L的含油废水的COD去除率可达35.56%.综合经济因素,高岭土投入量为7.5 g/L.相同条件下,絮凝剂对COD值较小的含油废水处理效果更好.合成絮凝剂的应用价值相比较无机型和有机型絮凝剂更高.获得了一种新型阳离子絮凝剂处理含油废水的处理的方法.
