卤素修饰γ-Al2O3催化剂及其在MTBE裂解的研究

         

摘要

The acidic properties and the application of alumina modified by halogen in the cracking of MT-BE have been investigated. The results indicate that γ-Al2 O3 modified by (NH 4 ) 2 SiF6 exhibits excellent catalytic performance. Above 95% MTBE is converted into isobutene and the selectivity of MeOH is 100% . XRD,FTIR were used to characterize the acid sites and amount. γ-Al 2 O3 modified by (NH 4 ) 2 SiF6 benefits the formation of γ-AlF3 . The introducing of B acid and the enhancement of the amount of L acid promote the cracking of MTBE.%研究了不同卤素修饰对 γ-Al 2 O3的酸性影响以及其对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解性能的影响.结果表明,(NH 4)2 SiF6溶液修饰催化剂能够使得MTBE转化率高于95%,且甲醇选择性为100%.XRD和FTIR表征结果显示,(NH 4)2 SiF6修饰 γ-Al 2 O3上形成 γ-AlF 3晶相,引入B酸的同时也增加了L酸量,从而提高了催化剂反应活性.
