煤与生物质固定床共热解产物分布及热解动力学研究

     

摘要

在固定床管式热解炉中对煤与生物质共热解进行了研究,考察了氮气气氛下煤与生物质混合比例对热解产物产率分布的影响,并利用热重分析结合活化能分布模型对煤与生物质共热解的活化能及分布进行了计算.结果表明,生物质的加入促进了煤热解生成挥发分,使得煤的热分解提前,神府煤热解的活化能主要分布于290~380 kJ/mol之间,生物质葵花秆热解的活化能主要分布于180~220 kJ/mol的区间.当煤与葵花秆分别以质量比3∶2和2∶3混合时,热解的活化能主要分布在190~200 kJ/mol、450~500 kJ/mol之间,以及190~200 kJ/mol、350~400 kJ/mol之间.煤与葵花秆共热解降低了反应的活化能,并促进了挥发分的生成,二者共热解存在协同作用.%The co-pyrolysis of coal and sunflower stalk was studied in fixed bed.The influence of coal and biomass mixture ratio on the distributions of pyrolysis products was investigated,and the distribution of activation energy (E) were also calculated by using thermogravimetric analysis and activation energy distribution model.The results showed that biomass can promote volatile generation.The E of coal pyrolysis was mainly distributed in the range of 290~380 kJ/mol,and sunflower stalk distributed in the range of 180~220 kJ/mol.When the coal and sunflower stalk were mixed with 3∶2 and 2∶3(%), the Ea were mainly distributed in the range of 190~200 kJ/mol,450~500 kJ/mol,and 190~200 kJ/mol,350~400 kJ/mol,respectively.The results indicated that the co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass can reduce the E of the reaction and also promote the formation of volatile components.The synergistic effects in the co-pyrolysis of coal and sunflower stalk were suggested.
