延长油田含油污泥处理技术研究与应用

摘要

According to the treatment condition of oily sludge in Yanchang petroleum,and combined with the characteristics of oily sludge processing method at home and abroad,the characteristics of oily sludge were investigated and analyzed.The screen flow-chemical regulation-mechanical separation technology was conducted.What''s more,the optimal process operating parameters were explored in the laboratory.The results showed that the best treatment performance was obtained under the following conditions:the reagent concentration was 10~20 g/kg,temperature was 60 ℃,centrifuge speed was 3 000~3 200 r/min and flocculant dosage was 1.5~2.5 g/kg.As a result,the content of crude oil in the sludge was less than 20 g/kg.On the basis of experiment in the laboratory,field application test was carried out and satisfactory results were achieved.The content of crude oil in the sludge is continuous and stable standards after treatment.%针对延长油田含油污泥处理现状,结合国内外含油污泥处理方法的特点,分析研究了延长油田含油污泥的特性,开展了"筛分流化-化学调质-机械分离"处理工艺技术的应用研究,并在室内探索了最佳工艺运行参数.结果表明,当油泥分离剂用量为10~20 g/kg,调质温度为60 ℃,离心机转速为3 000~3 200 r/min,絮凝剂用量为1.5~2.5 g/kg时,处理后污泥的剩余含油量小于20 g/kg.在室内实验基础上,进行了现场应用试验,处理后污泥含油量连续稳定达标.
