改性沸石提取秸秆消解液中钾的工艺研究

         

摘要

利用经NH4HCO3溶液改性的铵型沸石吸附分离消解液中的钾,得出试验参数:上柱液浓度为3.97mg/mL,高径比24,上柱液流速为0.067mL/(min·mL沸石).采用NH4HCO3溶液为解脱液,实验优化解脱条件参数为:用1mol/L的NH4HCO3溶液以0.083mL/(min·mL沸石)流速解脱,钾解析率可达97%以上.%Ammonium form of natural zeolite was used for adsorption and separation K in digestion solution.The optimal test parameters were as follows: the column of the concentration was 3.97 mg/mL,height diameter ratio was 24,velocity was 0.067 mL/(min·mL zeolite).Used NH4HCO3 as eluant liquid,the optimal extraction test parameters were 1 mol/L NH4HCO3,velocity was 0.083 mL/(min·mL zeolite),K resolution can reach above 97%.
