活性炭负载纳米零价铁去除水中溴酸盐研究

     

摘要

采用浸润法制备活性炭负载纳米零价铁材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FTIR)对材料表征,考察了不同反应条件下材料nZVI-GAC对溴酸盐的去除效果,探讨了其去除机理.研究表明,一定范围内材料铁含量越高,去除效果越好,但铁析出率也更大;溴酸盐初始浓度与去除效果呈负相关;在偏酸性条件下去除效果较好;阴离子PO43-、CO32-和NO3-的存在具有一定抑制作用;机理分析表明,溶液中溴酸根最终被材料nZVI-GAC还原成无毒Br-.%Nanoscale zero-valent iron supported on activated carbon(nZVI/GAC) was synthesized in infiltration method,the materials were characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The removal effect of bromate with nZVI-GAC under different condition was assessed,and the removal mechanisms was discuss.The results showed that within a certain range,the rate constant inreases with the increase iron content of nZVI-GAC,but the separation rate of iron increasing.The removal rate decreasing with initial concentration increasing.In the acidic conditions on the removal effect is better;coexistence of anion PO43-,CO32-and NO3-had negative effect for bromate removal;The removal mechanism indicated that the BfO3-was reduced to innocuous Br-with nZVI-GAC at last.
