两性离子钻井液成膜封堵剂的研制及性能研究

     

摘要

以丙烯酰胺(AM)、烯丙基磺酸钠(AS)和三乙基烯丙基氯化铵(TEAC)为原料,制备了一种两性离子三元共聚物AM/AS/TEAC.复配AM/AS/TEAC和超细碳酸钙(1 250目),得一种针对低渗透油气储层的新型成膜封堵剂QP-8.两性离子三元共聚物AM/AS/TEAC的最佳聚合条件为:单体配比AM∶ AS∶ TEAC=83∶ 12∶5,pH为7,反应温度50℃,单体总浓度18%,引发剂用量(Na2S2O8∶NaHSO3=1∶1,摩尔比)为0.4%,反应时间为4h.以自制可视中压砂管为评价装置,以砂床侵入深度和API滤失量为评价指标,得出AM/AS/TEAC与超细碳酸钙的最佳配比为0.2∶1.评价结果表明QP-8封堵性要好于一些油田已经有所应用的成膜封堵剂.%AM/AS/TEAC copolymer was synthesized by using acrylamide (AM),sodium allylsulfonate (AS) and N,N,N-triethylprop-2-en-l-aminium chloride (TEAC) as raw material.Combination the advantages,disadvantages of film forming adsorption and temporary plugging technology,a novel film forming sealing agent QP-8 was compounded by using AM/AS/TEAC and ultrafine calcium carbonate (1 250 mesh) for low permeability reservoirs.The influences of reaction conditions on the fluid loss property of AM/AS/TEAC was studied and the optimal polymerization conditions were obtained as follows:the monomer mass ratio of AM/AS/TEAC was 83∶ 12∶ 5,pH value was 7,reaction temperature was 50 ℃,total monomers content was 18%,the initiator(sodium sulfite∶ ammonium persulfate,molar ratio 1∶ 1) content was 0.4% and the reaction time was 4 h.Set the sand bed depth of invasion visual medium pressure sand pipe and API filtrate volume as the evaluation means,the best ratio of AM/AS/TEAC and ultra-fine calcium carbonate was obtained as 0.2∶ 1.The results of sealing evaluation indicated that QP-8 was better than some film-forming sealer.
