TD-SCDMA系统负载控制研究与应用

     

摘要

For the load control methods of TD-SCDMA system, this paper proposed a load-control algorithm based on power and code resource. This algorithm concerned with current protocol standard and used load assessment and judgment to divide the load-control object into 4 grades: cell, band, carrier frequency and slot time, then cycling traversed and tested different objects. Meanwhile, R4 and HS carriers got load evaluation and congestion control respectively according to the characteristics of their own and loaded work. Simulation shows that, the algorithm proposed can efficiently prevent overload and balance the system load, improve the utilization ratio of system resources and ensure the quality of customer service.%针对TD-SCDMA系统负载控制策略问题,提出了一种基于功率和码资源负载控制算法.该算法结合现有协议标准,通过负载评估和判决,把负载控制对象分为小区级、频段级、载频级、时隙级,对不同对象进行循环遍历检测和控制,同时根据HS载波和R4载波自身特性及承载业务特点不同,把R4载波和HS载波各自独立进行负荷评估和拥塞控制.验证结果表明,该算法可以有效预防和平衡系统负载,提高系统资源利用率,保证用户服务质量.
