基于PCA-AHP模型的无车承运人合作伙伴选择研究

     

摘要

In order to choose no-car operating carrier''s cooperative partners, improve operational efficiency and reduce risk, this paper established a PCA-AHP partner selection model.Establishing no-car operating carrier''s partner selection index system including 16 indices according to the influence factors of partner selection, AHP model calculated the comprehensive weights, based on the principal component analysis (PCA) of partner selection index system.Taking a no-car operating carrier with 10 candidate partners as a case study, it extracted 5 principal components whose cumulative variance contribution rate was 82.81%, and used analytic hierarchy process to make principal component analysis training and weights computation of the data.The calculating result shows that transportation service quality is the key factor to influence no-car operating carrier''s partner selection, and the model has effectiveness and practicability, which can provide decision-making basis for no-car ope-rating carrier''s partner selection.%为了合理选择无车承运人的合作伙伴,提高运营效益和降低风险,建立了PCA-AHP无车承运人伙伴选择模型.根据无车承运人伙伴选择的影响因素,构建了包含16项指标的无车承运人伙伴选择指标体系,在对指标体系进行主成分分析(PCA)的基础上,通过AHP分析法计算综合权重.针对具有10家候选伙伴企业的无车承运人进行案例分析,提取了累计方差贡献率达82.81%的五个主成分,采用层次分析法分别对数据进行主成分分析训练和层次分析权重计算.结算结果表明:运输服务质量是影响无车承运人选择伙伴企业的关键因素,该模型具有有效性和实用性,能为无车承运人合作伙伴的选择提供决策依据.
