基于ARM及温度补偿的智能变送器设计

         

摘要

A smart transmitter based on ADUC7061 and temperature compensation was introduced. Both hardware circuit and gross software design were presented. Adjustable current transmission signal and digital signal transferred by RS485 were got. Function such as error compensation, system parameter holding, software calibration and several kinds of current signal output configuration were added to the smart transmitter. Many advantages such as high accuracy, wide range of input power and high reliability etc.were shown for the smart transmitter by practical application.%介绍了一种基于ARM7TDMI内核的高精度模拟微控制器ADUC7061的智能变送器,并给出了智能变送器的硬件电路设计和软件设计流程.该智能变送器能输出电流变送信号并通过RS485传输数字信号,具有对传感器的温度误差补偿、系统参数设定保存、自校准、配置电流变送信号输出类型等功能.实际工程应用表明,该智能变送器具有宽电压电源输入范围、测量精度高、工作稳定可靠、适用范围广等优点.
