基于LabVIEW的智能交流接触器动态性能测试系统

摘要

A synchronous test-system is developed for intelligent AC contactor. A conditioning circuit is developed to make the high voltage input signal compatible with the low voltage signals from the sensors. The test-system can acquire each signal accurately and the system is able to make signals be synchronous. Thus the test-system can reveal real-time dynamic characteristics of the intelligent AC contactor.%建立了一种智能交流接触器同步信号测试系统.设计了一种带隔离互感器的强弱电接入电路,实现了智能交流接触器强电输入信号和弱电传感器信号的同步采集.测试平台可以准确地对各路信号进行采集,同时可以将各路信号进行同步,实时反映智能交流接触器的各项动态指标.
