两种无缝线非超声乳化巩膜隧道小切口白内障摘除术的临床分析

摘要

目的 讨论两种无缝线非超声乳化巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果.方法 回顾分析复明行动中分别采用反眉状及梯形两种无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术联合后房型人工晶状体植入术术后视力及角膜散光等资料,共计老年性白内障213例245眼.结果 两组术后1、7、14 d视力及14 d角膜散光经统计学处理差异无显著性(P> 0.05).结论 两种无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术均具有术后视力恢复快、散光小、安全简便、不需要昂贵的设备等优点,适合在基层白内障复明行动中应用.%Aim To discuss the clinical effect of two kinds of small sclera tunnel suturless incision non-phacoemulsification surgery and intraocular lens implantation.Methods The visual acuity and corneal astigmatism of 213 patients (245 eyes) underwent two kinds of the small sclera tunnel suturless incision non-phacoe mulsification extracapsular cataract extraction in Vision Recover were reviewed.Results There were no significant difference in postoperative visual acuity at 1,7,14 days and postoperative corneal astigmatism at 14 days between the two groups.Conclusion After the two kinds of small tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery,the visual acuity is easy to recover and the corneal astigmatism is small.The surgery is safe,convenient and need not expensive instruments,wihch are more valuable to be used in basic hospital.
