Aim To estalish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine and glucose injection.Methods Matrine can be separa-ted on NH2 column(NH2 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mixture of acetonitrile dehydrated ethanol and 3%phosphoric(80:10:10)as mobile phase and detected at 220 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results Matrine showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.195 66~2.348 16 μg(r=0.999 4).0xyatrine showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.375 84~4.510 08μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 97.3%.And RSD was 1.O%.Conclusion The method iS accurate and has a good reDroducibilitv.It can be used for the quality control of matrine and glucose iniection.%目的 建立HPLC法测定复方苦参碱注射液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的总量.方法 采用氨基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80:10:10)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm,HPLC法测定复方苦参注射液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的总量.结果HPLC测得苦参碱进样量在0.195 66~2.348 16 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),氧化苦参碱进样量在0.375 84~4.510 08 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.0%.结论 该法准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方苦参碱注射液的质量.
