GC法测定喉疾灵片中冰片含量的方法研究

摘要

Aim To establish a GC method for the determination of Borneol in Houjiling tablets. Methods The Rtx-50 capillary column (30 m x 0. 25 mm, 0. 25 μm) was used with FID , nitrogen as the carrier gas, column temperature at 130℃ . The internal standard method was used to determine the content of borneol. Results The borneol sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 405 4 ～ 2. 027 0 g · L-1 ( r = 0. 999 0 , n = 5) . The average recovery rate was 99. 21％ and RSD was 0. 81％( n = 9) . Conclusion This method is simple and accurate and able to determine of Borneol in Houjiling Tablets.%目的 建立GC法测定喉疾灵片中冰片的含量测定方法.方法 采用Rtx-50毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm),载气为氮气,FID检测器,柱温为恒温130℃,内标法测定冰片含量.结果 冰片在0.405 4～2.027 0 g· L-1范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.21%,RSD为0.81%(n=9).结论 该方法快速、灵敏、结果准确,适用于喉疾灵片中冰片的含量测定.
