To compare and evaluate the effect in learning and testing analytical chemistry for the students of pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine,the authors have compared and analyzed the examination paper of 239 students in their second year with such evaluation parameters as the degree of difficulty(P = 0.65) ,discrimination(D = 0.34)and standard deviation(S = 13.41). The results reflect that the students' total score present the normal distribution,the average score of the students of pharmacy is lower than those of traditional Chinese medicine. This examination paper can properly reflect the students' real performance and set a basis for the further improvement of teaching approaches and quality.%@@ 直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,传统的方法是开腹行直肠癌根治术,手术创伤大,失血多,胃肠功能恢复慢.近年来随着腹腔镜技术的进步,腹腔镜辅助下行直肠癌根治术得到了广泛地开展[1].与传统手术方法比较,腹腔镜辅助下行直肠癌根治术中失血量和术后并发症的发生率明显降低[2].2008年6月～2010年9月,我们成功完成了35例腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术,取得了良好效果,现将手术护理配合报道如下.
