Aim To understand the coincidence between actual body weight status and self-body image, and to explore the effect factors of extremely unhealthy weight control behaviors. Methods Two universities were selected using duster sampling method in Anqing City and Chaohu City. Information regarding extremely unhealthy weight control behaviors was collected by self-administered questionnaire.Data were analyzed using Pearson Chi-square and multivariate Logistic regression. Results The prevalence of overweight and obesity was 5.2％ (143/2757), but 23.0％ of girls and 12.8％ boys assessed themselves overweight and obesity, with a significant difference in gender about self-body image(x2 183.85,P ＜ 0. 001). The demographic characteristics which influenced extremely unhealthy control behaviors were BMI, self-body image, gender, residence and temperament. The result of the model of multivariate Logistic regression revealed that self-body image and self-assessment appearance was significantly associated with extremely unhealthy weight control behaviors among girls, but that was not significantly associated with extremely unhealthy weight control behaviors among boys. Conclusion Young students can not correctly assess their own body weight, and the behaviors of blind weight loss and ignoring weight coexist in the research. This study also suggests that self-body image and self-assessment appearance is significantly associated with extremely unhealthy weight control behaviors among girls.%目的 探讨后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗成人重复肾的方法和疗效.方法 回顾分析2008年2月～2010年6月应用后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗12例成人重复肾患者的临床资料.男3例,女9例.年龄18～42岁,平均26岁.观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后早期恢复情况、术中术后并发症、随访下位肾功能及手术疗效.结果 12例手术均成功,手术时间85～175 min,平均125 min,术中出血量20～45 ml,平均30 ml,术后肠道功能恢复时间为5～12 h,平均8.9 h,术后住院天数4～8 d,平均5.6 d,术中及术后末见明显并发症.术后随访4～32个月,平均12个月,下位肾肾功能良好.结论 后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术是一种安全有效、创伤小、出血少、恢复快的微创治疗方法,值得临床推荐.
