高血压脑出血手术方式的个体化选择

摘要

目的 探讨高血压脑出血患者选择不同的手术方式对临床效果的影响.方法 回顾性总结了近几年来62例高血压脑出血手术治疗病例,根据病情的严重程度、出血部位、出血量及发病至就诊的时间选择不同的手术方式,其中行去骨瓣减压+血肿清除术29例,锥颅血肿腔置管10例,双侧脑室置管14例,血肿腔+脑室置管引流9例.结果 随访三个月,死亡10例,存活52例,其中植物生存2例,重残14例,中残20例,良好16例.结论 对高血压脑出血患者采用个体化的手术方式能减少死亡率和病残率.%Aim To study the clinical effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage choosing different surgical methods. Methrnods Sixty-two patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by hematoma puncture and aspiration, craniotomy accomparnnied by cranioplasty and putting tube into hematoma cavity and ventricle. Results During three months of follow-up, ten patients died rnand forty-two patients survived. Of survival patients, two patients presented plant survival status, thirty-four patients moderately or severely rndisabled, while sixteen patients recovered. Conclusions individualized surgical methods can reduce the mortality and morbidity in the rnpatients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
