Aim To screen the optimal parts of extraction and to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of extraction from rnOxytropis falcata Bunge by transdermal administration. Methods The optimal compositions were selected by xylene-induced mouse ear rnedama,hot plate test and the acetic acid-induced writhing test. Results Flavonoids and essential oil extraction compositions of Oxytropis rnfalcata Bunge have the better effect on anti-inflammatory and analgesic action after transdermal administration. And the flavonoids and esrnsential oil extraction had apparent inhibition effect on xylene-induced mouse ear edama(90.22% ) ,hot plate induced ache(87. 85% ) rnand acetic acid-induced writhing(73. 23% ). Conclusion The flavonoids and essential oil extraction from Oxytropis falcata Bunge has rnmarkedly anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.%目的 镰形棘豆经皮给药后,筛选其最佳抗炎镇痛有效组分.方法 分离提取镰型棘豆的生物碱、总黄酮、挥发油部位,并进行组合,利用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀法、热板法和醋酸扭体法筛选镰形棘豆不同有效部位镇痛抗炎活性的最佳组分.结果 镰形棘豆总黄酮与挥发油有效部位组合物有更好的抗炎镇痛活性,其经皮给药后对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制率为90.22%;热板法实验中的镇痛率达87.85%;醋酸扭体法实验中镇痛率达73.23%,与阳性药效果相当.结论 镰形棘豆总黄酮与挥发油组合物通过经皮给药方式有良好的抗炎镇痛活性.
