浅谈现阶段的乡镇医院临床药学工作开展

摘要

Objective To discucs the content and measures of developing clinical pharmacy in township hospital at present. Methods According to the township hospital s characteristics, clinical pharmacy work included rational design of dosing regimens, full supervision of drug safety,the propaganda and exchange of pharmaceutical information, health education, improving patient medication compliance, hospital leadership' s attention,enhanced training and clarifying post responsibilities and work scope of clinical pharmacist. Result and Conclusion In township hospitals, appropriate clinical pharmacy work should be carried out to ensure drug safety, rational and effective administration of drug.%目的 探讨现阶段乡镇医院开展适宜的临床药学工作的主要内容及措施.方法 根据乡镇医院的特点可开展合理设计给药方案、全程监督用药安全、进行药学情报宣传与交流、开展健康教育,提高患者服药的依从性等临床药学工作;以及医院领导重视、加强知识培训、合理确定临床药师职责和工作范围等主要措施来实施.结果 与结论现阶段的乡镇医院应大力开展适宜的临床药学工作,以确保用药安全合理有效.
