Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment of montelukast for children' s anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 65 cases of anaphylactoid purpura were randomly assigned into two groups. The control group(33 cases) adopted the conventional treatments, the treatment group (32 cases) combined conventional treatments with montelukast. We observed the curative effect after 1 ,2 and 4 weeks. Results After 1 and 2 weeks the treatment group' s curative effect was higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05 ) , yet after 4 weeks the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Montelukast treating children' s anaphylactoid purpura is effective in short term.%目的 观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特在儿童过敏性紫癜(AP)治疗中的疗效.方法 将65例AP患儿随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(33例),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特口服治疗,观察治疗1周、2周及4周后的疗效.结果 治疗组在1周及2周后疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),4周后疗效与对照组相比无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜近期疗效显著.
