Objective To apply the feature mapping of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain to establish a sensitive and spe -cific method for controlling the quality. Methods We determined the relative peak area range of NO . 1 peak' s( gallic acid) which could assess and control the quality of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain . Results We tested 10 batches of samples, chose pae-onol peak as a reference ,to determine the relative peak area of gallic acid at 0.012 ~ 0.041. Conclusion The range of gallic acid' s relative peak area can be applied to qualitative identifying and quality control of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain .%目的 应用凤丹饮片的HPLC特征图谱,为科学评价和控制其质量提供有效的方法.方法 确定凤丹饮片1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,从而作为评价和控制其质量的标准.结论 测试样品10批,选择丹皮酚峰作为参照峰,确立1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值在0.012~0.041内.结论 1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,可用于凤丹饮片的定性鉴定及质量控制.
